I put the point just west of West Salt Creek in the TRS given at 4925ft. This is more like 10 air-miles NW of Mack, and the elevation does not go as low as that given in the TRS given. AAS I moved the UTM to match spec #471. RA

With scattered Atriplex on barren clay slopes.

Originally ID as Astragalus flavus var. flavus, det. R. C. Barneby. Flowers ochroleucous to nearly white, the keel with a purple internal spot on each side near the tip.
